Customers must report defective items within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Proof Required
Please send clear photos or videos of the defective item to our support email or WhatsApp.

4. Condition of Return
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.

5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or washed items
