At Lalijolaly, we strive to provide high-quality baby clothing, muslin essentials, and kidswear products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Missing items in the package

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.

Exchange Policy

Damaged Package on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged during delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video if possible

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
