  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Other Locations Across India: 4–8 business days

 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns.
  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery or remote area delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link or tracking ID through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customers can track their shipment status directly through the courier partner website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after placing the order, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • The customer is unavailable during delivery
  • The package is refused

additional reshipping charges may apply.

 Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If you receive:

Currently, Lalijolaly ships only within India.
